When ordering from Laborjee you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read through these terms carefully before you place an order. We may revise these terms and conditions at any point, by amending the content on this page. Please check this page from time to time.

When placing an order online we require full payment, this confirms your order. If you are unable to make a full payment, your order cannot be guaranteed. If any order placed, has not been paid on delivery date we reserve the right to cancel your order.

When you have purchased produce from Laborjee you are required to fill out contact and delivery information, please ensure there are no mistakes as we hold no responsibility if an item gets delivered to the wrong location.

Deliveries are made through Royal Mail, First Class Delivery. This is typically around 2 working days, however this isn't 100% guaranteed, so bear this in mind when purchasing postal products online. Any Baked To Order products are delivered by hand, so on the day of requested delivery please ensure someone is home to collect the item (we really don’t want to leave it outside the door) or ensure a neighbour, receptionist etc is available.

If you wish for us to deliver your order to a place of work, we are happy to do so. However, once the package has been signed for we are unable to accept any liability for the incorrect handling or damage once the delivery has been completed.

Laborjee may accommodate delivery locations which aren’t listed if requested, this will incur an extra cost. Contact info@laborjee.co.uk to discuss this.

All products are baked to order therefore we do not accept any returns. Refunds or replacement orders may be issued in the unlikely event you received the incorrect product or if it was of unsatisfactory quality. Should this happen you are required to contact Laborjee within 24 hours of receiving the baked goods. Laborjee is unable to accept liability for any complaints made after this time frame.

Laborjee reserves the right to take photos of any cake or baked goodie, which has been developed. These photos may be posted on media platforms, including our website, Instagram and Facebook, as well as in any printed form for promotional purposes. If you wish to request for no photographs to be taken, please let us know.

If you need to rearrange delivery, amend or cancel your order; this must be done 14 days prior to your delivery/collection date, you will then receive a full refund. Invoices are available upon request.
